9 boats turned up for what turned out to be a perfect day weatherwise. There was some serious concentration on some boats with some not so serious on others! All in all it was a good day with first place going to George Jarman (Just Julie) with a catch of 3lb 8ozs and last years winner Jill (Nesta of Sidley) just beaten into second place with 3lb. These two were way ahead of the rest of us with the third place Keith Arlott (Katric) only managing 1lb 8ozs. and the smallest catch being returned to the water before it could be weighed!
